The sinuous ocean waves are evoked in a unique project located close to the South sea shores of Florida, this iconic building invites surfers to spend a warm summer stay while practicing water sports just steps from the ocean. In addition to variety of bedrooms, the surf condo offers different types of retail space along with a mesmerizing fitness center located at the Pen house.
Right next to the infinity pool a restaurant serving Mediterranean food opens to the magnificent view of the ocean and the pool area.
